She made her schedule flexible so that it met my family's needs. She listened to everything that we were looking for and gave us a customized list of properties to see that fit our needs precisely! She pre-screened properties and saved us time by eliminating properties that wouldn't work.
What I appreciate most is that she responds to questions and inquiries extremely quickly. She always responds within a couple of hours, which is unheard of these days!!

Working with Wendy Wicklund was a wonderful experience! My friend and I are moving from Michigan to Arizona, and we only had 48 hours to find somewhere to live! Obviously, we were incredibly stressed out because we were unfamiliar with the area and had very little time to explore. All of that stress was soon relieved because Wendy was so quick, organized, and fun to work with. She gave us a long list of properties, based on exactly what my friend and I were looking for, and set up as many visitation appointments as she could. We were able to see about 15 different properties in two days, and ultimately ended up finding a condominium that we love! We are so excited to make our move across the country and we honestly could not have done it without Wendy!

Scottsdale Arizona Renters Since December 2007 - We first met Wendy about four years ago. We rented a large 3 bedroom home on a beautiful property and great location in Scottsdale. Whenever we had questions regarding the rental, Wendy was always available to chat on the phone or e-mail pictures regarding our inquiry. When we arrived in the dark she was there to greet us. We needed a crib for a visiting grand-baby, she borrowed a play pen from a friend, She went shopping to buy a high chair. Wendy is an amazing "hands on" young woman.
